If you wish to use the photo studio when there are no music studios open and you can control the ambiance a little better, the weekday daytimes are a great option.
We book weekday daytime sessions over the phone and we schedule staff accordingly just for your shoot (which is the main reason why our cancellation policy is different for weekday daytime sessions versus an evening or weekend shoot).

Our “core hours” are in the evening and weekends. These are times when our music studios and photo studio are open for online scheduling. We do not staff the facility during weekday daytimes unless we have a customer who has booked a half-day or full-day photo shoot.
The minimum length of a weekday daytime session is 4 hours and is priced at $30 per hour.
We can start half-day (4 hour) sessions at 9am or 1pm and full-day (8 hour) sessions at 9am.
*If your shoot includes animals of any kind, large objects, motorcycles, or any other non portrait/table-top product item - please contact us prior to booking as we want to make sure our studio is a good fit for your needs.
Cancellation Policy: For a weeknight/weekend reservation, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time and receive a full refund. This can be done via the link on your confirmation email or in the online scheduler. There is no credit or refund given for cancellations inside of 24 hours prior to your appointment start time as that spot on the reservation calendar is effectively consumed as most anyone who was looking to book the studio saw that it was already booked and won’t be checking again. For a weekday daytime session, since we are resourcing staff and scheduling the studio just for your shoot, you will only receive a 50% refund. The remaining funds will go to pay the employee who was relying on those hours.
