Our photography studio rental is intentionally super-affordable and not because of a lack of quality - we just have a different business model. In fact, we are routinely told by photographers, models, videographers, agencies, and casting companies that our studios are always clean, the equipment is great, and how they love what we are doing!

Our photography studio is 35 feet deep and 17 feet wide. During the weekday daytimes, the width can be extended to 21 feet. The ceiling is 15 feet high.

Weeknights and Weekends

Weeknight/weekend shoots are scheduled online and by block. There is a 6-8pm block, an 8-11pm block, or 6-11pm discounted block. There are no blocks on weekends.

Hours of operation:
Weeknights 6-11pm
Saturdays noon-5pm
Sundays noon-9pm

Rates:
$20/hr + $15 per shoot
*on weeknights, book 5hrs and it is $17/hr all in!

$5 per 4ft of seamless paper consumed beyond the initial 4ft

*Cancellations for weeknight/weekend shoots can be made by using the link in the confirmation email or via the online scheduler so long as it is > 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment and will receive a full refund. No refund or credit will be given to any cancellations made inside of 24 hours prior to your appointment start time.

Weekday Daytimes

For a shoot during the weekday daytimes (4 hour minimum), please submit a request and we will get right back with you via email or phone and get you scheduled. Note: there are no music services offered in the music studios during weekday daytimes, so these are good for any video with audio recording,if you want a less lively working environment, or need the use of the whole facility (example fog, animals, or a crew of 5 or more people at any given time).

9am-5pm
*4 hour blocks start at 9am or 1pm

Rates:
$120 for 4 hours
$30 each additional hour

$5 per 4ft of seamless paper consumed beyond the initial 4ft

*For weekday daytime appointments, since we schedule staff specifically for your shoot, the cancellation policy is >7 days prior to your appointment. 100% refund, <7 days 50% refund.

*If your shoot includes animals of any kind, large objects, motorcycles, or any other non portrait/table-top product item - please contact us prior to booking as we want to make sure our studio is a good fit for your needs.

*We carry 7ft wide rolls of seamless paper (except for white, we carry 9ft wide rolls as well). If you need a certain color in 9ft wide, you are more than welcome to bring your own.

*For a weeknight/weekend reservation, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time and receive a full refund. This can be done via the link on your confirmation email or in the online scheduler. There is no credit or refund given for cancellations inside of 24 hours prior to your appointment start time as that spot on the reservation calendar is effectively consumed as most anyone who was looking to book the studio saw that it was already booked and won’t be checking again. For a weekday daytime session, since we are resourcing staff and scheduling the studio just for your shoot, you will only receive a 50% refund. The remaining funds will go to pay the employee who was relying on those hours.
